Sloe Screw Cocktail Recipe
The Sloe Screw Cocktail is a Sloe Gin and Orange juice cocktail served in a Highball glass. While the name of this drink is fun, it also tells the bartender what liquor/s are in the drink. If the name starts with sloe, the liquor is sloe gin. If the name has comfortable in it, as in sloe comfortable screw, top with 1/2 oz Southern Comfort. A "wall" in the name indicates a 1/2 oz. of Galliano as in Sloe screw against the wall".

Add 1 oz. Sloe Gin
Fill with orange juice.
Top with 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
Use a Collins glass instead of a Highball glass when more than one liquor is used
