The Mint Julep Cocktail is a Bourbon and mint cocktail served in a Collins glass with ice.

Georgia Mint Julep

Frozen Mint Julep

Mint Julep	Mint Julep Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon 1 oz. Soda Water Mint Leaves (4) 1 bar spoon of sugar
	Mint Julep Directions: Muddle mint, sugar, and soda water in a rocks glass. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Pour muddled mixture over ice. Add Bourbon. Fill with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig.

GEORGIA MINT JULEP

1 Part Cognac
1 Part Peach Brandy

Substitute equal amounts of Cognac and Peach Brandy for the Bourbon.

 

 

FROZEN MINT JULEP

2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Lemon Juice
4 Mint Sprigs
1 oz. Sugar Syrup

1. Muddle bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and mint leaves in a glass and then pour into a blender.
2. Add crushed ice (6 oz.) and blend on high for 15 or 20 seconds.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
