Blue Hawaiian Cocktail Recipe

The Blue Hawaiin Cocktail is a Light Rum, Blue Curacao, and pineapple juice cocktail served with ice in a Collins glass.

Blue Hawaiian	Blue Hawaiian Ingredients 1 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice 7-Up or lemon-lime soda. Maraschino Cherry
	Blue Hawaiian Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes. Add Rum, Blue Curacao and pineapple juice. Short Shake. Top off with 7-up. Top with 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Blue Hawaiian Punch

This is an excellant summer punch. Malibu is coconut flavored, Curacao is orange flavored and of course pineapple juice combine together for a summer treat.

Add to large punch bowl filled with ice.

1 bottle Malibu Rum
1/2 bottle of Blue Curacao
2 Quarts Pineapple Juice or to taste.

Garnish with floating pineapple wedges.
